Green Energy and Climate Change
Green Energy is renewable energy that has a significantly minor impact on the environment when compared to the other sources of energy we use. Such as Oil, Natural gas and Coal.
There are 6 types of Green energy:
Most green energy relies on the earth's natural processes to provide energy that we can harness, like sunlight or wind. because these are natural they cause very little to no pollution and don't negatively impact the environment as much the other energy sources.
Countries switching to a focus on green energy will cut down their pollution creation and if most major developing countries relied on only green energy, the world will decrease its rate of greenhouse gases and slow down the global climate change.
There are 6 types of Green energy:
- Wind Power
- Solar Power
- Geothermal Energy
- Biomass
- Hydroelectric
- Hydrokinetic energy
